I will impart this wisdom on every resident I meet in fellowship. Probably like telling a cardiologist the ❤️ sounds were “normal” 😂🤷🏽‍♂️

@jmugele Interested in how your hospital is dealing with this. Tonight we’ve had multiple covid rule outs in pts with known COPD exacerbations. Seems like we have been taking the safe route and testing all those patients - but it does place a strain on the utilities in our hospital
