I reallyy love this. Boruto has pretty much achieved his dream of becoming the Shadow Hokage, like THIS is what a Shadow Hokage is. Aiding the Hokage in things classified missions they can't interfere in directly, aiding everyone from the shadows. #BORUTO #BorutoTwoBlueVortex
