Could we have saved even a few IF so many of the physicians speaking out against the madness had not be silenced so completely? Heart breakingly sad. 😔

@MarinaMedvin I've wondered about this since I first saw it. I thought about all the ways it denies the family the closure of knowing what happened and being able to lay your love one to rest. Then I read Hamas will even barter over the dead bodies of those they have murdered. DEPRAVITY.
