A 7.1 earthquake just hit my family’s hometown, Vigan, in the Philippines. I’m still trying to get in contact with some relatives. Electricity is down so comms is difficult. The cousins I was able to get in contact with said there’s still aftershocks.. I am not feeling good 😣

Not gonna dive too much into this rn, but can I just say how much SHIT teachers are going through rn with the pandemic? It’s overwhelming. And it frustrates me how misinformed people are about the covid situation in schools, and so quick to blame us educators for everything

Wooo ok. It has been a BUSY start to 2022. In January alone I booked 7 dif projects; 5 of which are paid 🙏🏽 & 2 I did not even expect to book! Had 2 very long recording sessions this week + another tonight. Though I'm feeling a lil burnt out, I've also never felt SO motivated 😤

Life as an actor is stayin up all night to memorize a monologue for a self-tape audition u film in the morning before your uni classes that u spend 9 hrs in before driving out of town to shoot some scenes for an indie project that u booked the night before 🥲 #nosleep #actorslife

Just finished #TurningRed -WITH MY ASIAN IMMIGRANT PARENTS- and 1) it was the most attentive i ever seen my dad be to a movie lol, and 2) while my mom n i didn’t address it afterwards, we were BOTH bawling during *that* scene. Could this be… a small step towards healing? 🥺
