I’ve listened to an interview with @JimiWanjigi and he says btwn 2013 and 2022, our tax revenue was 13.3T and our total expenditure during the same period was 14.6T meaning the deficit was 1.3T but what was borrowed was 7.4T meaning 6.3T is nowhere in the books. IT WAS STOLEN 😮‍💨
