The only time I managed to get to a clinic, the first thing I was greeted with was "aren't there ward jobs that you need to do?" Meanwhile the physicians' assistants were scheduled to be in clinics and theatre - shocking.

However, as you have referred to the GMC, I wonder whether we should ask the GMC of their view on this post sent to one of my colleagues
