Henderson County Colonel senior guard Gerard Thomas and sophomore guard Cooper Davenport named to 2nd Region All-Tournament Team based on region tournament play.
Henderson County Junior guard Cooper Davenport scored 17 points in the Colonels 60-40 win over Mercer County Tuesday night at Lexington Christian Academy’s Jim Rose Basketball Classic.

Senior Isaiah Fallen named All-State Honorable Mention at Linebacker in Courier Journal's 2019 All-State football team, as selected by a statewide vote of coaches. Total of 105 coaches returned ballots.

team picked up a preseason win vs Bullitt Central today, 65-47, at John Hardin High in E-town. SR Gerard Thomas (pic) and SO Lacon McKinney led the Colonels with 18 points each. The Cols open the regular season at home on November 29 vs Bowling Green.
Girls 2nd Region Tournament Championship- FINAL. Henderson County Lady Colonels defeat the Crittenden County Lady Rockets 71-53 to win the Girls 2023 Region 2 Championship.
FINAL. Colonels come back down 4-1 to win and defeat the Harrison County Thorobreds 7-4. Colonels improve to (20-17) while the Thorobreds season ends with a (32-9) record.

Girls Soccer won on the road tonight beating Bowling Green for the first time in school history, 5-2. The Lady Cols got 4 goals from junior Ashton Lynam & a goal from senior Jaylynn Lyons. Brooke Taylor assisted on 2 goals, & Kacee Butler & Imarie Carter each had 1.
The Lady Colonels (3-0) came away with a 11-7 win against Owensboro (1-4). Lady Colonels had 13 hits, 11 RBI's. Anna Willett and Taylor Troutman each hit a HR. Troutman was 2 for 4 while Willett had 3 RBI's. Lady Colonels will play at Louisville Mercy on Saturday at 1:00 P.M.
The Henderson County Colonels took down the Christian County Colonels 54-49. Colonels win behind 17 points and 9 rebounds from senior guard Gerard Thomas while Cooper Davenport had 14 points. Colonels of Henderson improve to (11-5) on the season while Christian falls to (8-8).
The Lady Colonels softball opened the season with a 11-1 win against Apollo. Lady Colonels had 12 hits. Jamaya Byrum and Kendal Hargrove each hit a HR. Anna Kemp and Taylor Troutman were 2 for 3. Mackenzie Burczyk got her first pitching win allowing 1 run in 4 innings.
FINAL. The Henderson County Lady Colonels defeated the Union County Bravettes 12-0 in the 6th District Championship Game to claim their 3rd straight 6th District Title. Lady Colonels improve to (27-5) on the season while the Union County Bravettes fall to (15-18).
Lady Colonels (3-0) came away with a 10-7 win against Jeffersonville, Indiana. Lady Colonels had 10 hits, 10 RBI's. Senior JaMaya Byrum was 2 for 3. Freshman pitcher Mackenzie Burczyk was 2 for 3 with 1 RBI in the game.
FINAL. The Lady Colonels defeat the Great Crossing Lady Warhawks 6-2. Lady Colonels will play the winner of the Harrison County vs Central Hardin game tomorrow night at 8:00 P.M in the quarterfinals of the State Softball Tournament.

Henderson County Coach Stephen Haile on the Lady Colonels 52-36 win over Greenwood in today’s opening round game of Allen County Scottsville’s Lady Invitational of the South.
FINAL. The Lady Colonels shutout the Central Hardin Lady Bruins 7-0. The Lady Colonels improve to (32-5) on the season while the Lady Bruins end their season with a (33-9) record. The Lady Colonels advance to the Final Four to face off against East Jessamine at 4 P.M next Friday.

HC Girls Golf played at the Christian Co. Tournament today in Hopkinsville. Lady Colonels with a 450 beating second place McCracken Co by 17 strokes. Meryl Grogan shot 77 to finish second place, Ainsley Dalton shot 85 and both Lucy Whitfield and Cameron Davis shot 94.
