Great announcement! I'm doing coaching for Smash Ultimate! Only offline sessions for now and I'm willing to travel an hour and a half or you come to my place. GREAT prices of $12/hour and $10 for VOD reviews!
I got 33rd out of 446 at Shine, a lot of my games were either me being dominant or had a hard adaptation. I'm very happy with how I played and it's very exciting to find out how much farther I can go!
I've found a brand new favorite player
@6AMSSB
was hitting the Incineroar pose IRL on EVERY Alolan Whip throughout the set
AND PEEP THAT OUTFIT! 🕕

My current goals for smash.
1. Best Incineroar in the U.S.
2. Travel to majors more often
3. Eventually get a good sponsorship
4. Get on the PGR
Maybe in a year's time I can achieve some of these things... Gotta keep putting in the work!
After all these years... I finally have a GREAT opportunity to prove my skills and super excited to see where this goes in the future! Thank you
@official_ntc
!
Today was GREAT at HoG 2/37! Got to say my good byes to Hawk while hyping him up when he used Incineroar. Also got my very first Ling win after like 4 different smash games lol. Steady improvement for sure!
I'm happy that I'm in a position to compete regularly again. I told myself I'm not gonna do it until I've gained stability in my life. I'm gonna be stronger than ever before!
Vote for the GREATEST Incineroar in Connecticut 6:00am! Who else will bring the hype while getting a good laugh with every set you watch? I'll be traveling out to at least 3 qualifiers on top of the voting process to show the dedication I have towards this!
NESI Voting Update!
The NESI Nomination Phase will begin this Monday, April, 24th! From Monday through Friday of next week, you will have the opportunity to nominate your favorite players in New England! Please read this thread for general info and a detailed document link.
Wavelength was GREAT! 7th/51 in dubs with the homie
@FumeInHiding
and 33rd/230 in singles. Had a super hype set vs Skyjay and had the most fun I ever had on a stream game.
A little late on this but I got 1st in doubles and 2nd in singles losing to Scot in grands at The Big 3. Definitely seeing the improvements in my play while creating a great atmosphere for those around me.
We made it to the 2nd phase everyone! Time to go get my Team Skull Grunt fit started to truly show what we CAN get if we make it out! Seriously thx everyone!
CONNECTICUT
All of the candidates ran great campaigns, and the placements kept switching multiple times throughout the week. Gaining the lead during the latter half of voting was
@TheBiggestTea
, one they maintained. In second, with a GREAT campaign, was
@6AMSSB
! Congrats!
Unfortunately, my job denied my time off, so I can only do Friday for Shine. That being said, I'll be doing money matches for singles and doubles at one point, so hmu if you see me!
I played super confident at Prodigy Classic. Getting 9th losing game 3 to Leviathan and Dew2. I went through a ROB gauntlet in losers lol. Also getting 5th in dubs with
@thiefey
! Super proud of him! Feeling ready for Riptide!
Today's my first day working my new job at a Walgreens warehouse and I gotta say... This is GREAT! I knew I had a good feeling about this job since my start time is 6:00am!
Got 3rd at HoG tonight, I played really GREAT and confidently while only losing to the Ling and BlitzLuigy. Gotta have more restraint on my approaches and play a little bit more safer but otherwise we rise!
@CrossingUnion
@MrDonphan
Man... You are not great and terribly misguided. There's many of us who do help lower-mid level players... I was one too. Even if I wasn't talking about myself, there's many players in the scene who are happy to help. Don't ever attempt to cook something again.
Looks like my run for NESI has come to an end because I can't get Smash the Line off for the full day. It was bitter sweet but honestly it was a fun opportunity and GREAT to see New England show their support for their own players. Hoping for at least 1 CT rep!
I can say with confidence I'm over my smash wall that I was stuck on for months and it was all mentality. I've become so much better as a player and more determined than ever... Even though I still can't come out to compete as often due to work.
I've been in my "washed" point for a while now... I can see it in my play. My 2 jobs have been kicking my butt and leaving me with not much energy. The words "How bad do you want it?" keep coming up and made me realize I haven't done all I can to keep up... I still have it!
I was thinking of commentating matches when there's an open slot at a local. Not trying to pursue it as a career but I just like sharing my overall knowledge of smash and analytically breaking down gameplay.
It became clear that I've fallen far behind since I wasn't able to compete regularly... But that's OK! In fact, it's GREAT because I know deep down I can get back where I once was and thrive!
3/75 today at Through the Woods, the level up was super real for me and played completely on fire. Lost to Pelca and DM but still played with full confidence! Also 3rd in doubles with my boy
