The way I was beaten black & blue to read quran & pray left so much trauma that I found it so triggering rather than peaceful. Since I figured out spiritual abuse is a thing & therapised myself + with lots of duas, I find myself enjoying praying & reading. I’m so proud of journey

She passed in the most beautiful way. An odd night of ramadan, on a Friday, in the last 3rd of the night, had her wudu & was sending da’wah reminders & was doing dhikr. She really turned herself around & had the husn al khatimah everyone prays for رب ارحمهما كما رباني صغيرا

I really enjoy praying, I never thought I’d see a day where I actually do feel some semblance of peace after salah. Times where I would just go through the motions & sometimes have panic attacks are gone. Alhamdulilah. Ramadan solidified my imaan & I pray it stays consistent 🥺

It’s not a tube. Epidural is a space in your spinal cord. Anaesthesia is what gets injected into that space to stop pain travelling from your spine to your brain. It’s a local anaesthetic & called epidural to easily identify where the anaesthesia is injected using a catheter
