Currently running 42km a week, training full body every second day and hydrating with lots of raw milk. Enjoying cafes and life, making sure I carb up enough for quicker runs. Strength is going back up, putting muscle back on and leaning out despite the pastries and travel.

Your ab muscles need to be trained like any other muscle. They will grow and show more. I always do 2 exercises in a week and a total of 6-10 sets. Reps at 10-15. High up leg raises and weighted decline sit ups are really the only exercises you need. Working your core fully.
