bmr is not your maintenance, if you were bed ridden it might be, but you still walk around your home right? your tdee, even if ur sedentary, is prob minimum 100-200 cals more than ur bmr

I use lax on friday/saturday nights when I have nothing planned the next day. one or two is best, take them at night so it works in the morning

you retain water weight a lot more when you’re fasting, i’ve been through the same thing, just remember that even if the number on the scale doesn’t go down ur still losing fat 🫶
