Seated leg press
Kickback (glute) machine
Leg extension machine
Abdominal crunch machine
Stairs
WHAT I DID - 5 sets of 10 reps on every machine.
now i just do 5 - 10 minutes on each machine. (I feel like i get more reps in when im not counting lol)
