with the symptoms u have i think u def should up ur intake cause chest pains can have long term effects😕 it could be smth dangerous. i think its best to gradually up ur intake cause whats tue point of being skinny if u dont feel well and cant enjoy it

yes its amazing!!! 155 cals for a full cup, cooked. i used 1/2 and it still came out to be a lot. its high in fiber so its super filling. imo its the best grain cause it has a distinct taste similar to whole wheat bread, and goes rlly well with yogurt
this kinda happened to me while i was ia, i trained and gained around 3kg of muscle, but then my mom called me out and im back. its honestly not hard to lose the weight, u just gotta lock in and stay consistent💪💪
