posted a tweet about how I started wearing the hijab and brown Twitter started bashing me because my hijab isnโt perfect. I literally just started two days ago. Instead of coming after other Muslims, maybe give them words of encouragement and supportive.
one of my fav memories is one time we were on a motorcycle in Pakistan squeezing in 4 people and my dad hit a speed bump and my mom went flying ๐ญ๐ญ
Why do Muslims come after other Muslims physical features? Allah is our Maker - your unique color, shape, hair and facial features. He says, โSurely, we have created the human being in the finest stature,โ (Qurโan, 95:4).
some girls get it very easy, first guy and boom, a husband. While rest of us have to meet all the sons of pharaoh before Moses comes to the rescue ๐ซ
every Monday, my managerโs like, โdid you spend the weekend rotting?โ and acts like he just dropped the hottest Gen Z slang. bro we get it youโre trying
How are you a better Muslim than I am. Hijabis has phases too. Everyone is trying and we will get there but that would take so much courage and support from Hijabi community. These opinions are not helpful and it only discourages non Muslims from associating with us.
The only thing the brown community has been successful in is discouraging me from wearing the hijab and managed to bully other hijabis into taking it off.
The hijab is soemthing that isnโt easy and takes time, effort, & patience to perfect. I am so sick and tired of our entire deen and discussion being centered around wearing hijab.
If I see marriage related content on my tiktok fyp one more time, Iโm gonna personally make sure I hack into tiktok and delete the whole apps existence
was sitting in my car and this guy fully hit my car and I was so not in the mood I just said can you be more careful next time and continued talking otp ๐ญ
I think people need to stop giving that fake hijabi chick attention. Shes clearly doing it for clout & attention itโs obvious and yall giving it to her
