@angelicfemme444 They did do some editing to accentuate her appearance so there’s that to consider. In my opinion the movie might’ve been aiming to make her appear bmi 15 or maybe 14, and then I think her bmi is eluded to get down to 13, mayyybe 12 before she begins her presumed recovery attempt
