Baseball in Uganda is now being played in every corner of the country. What was once started by a few team in the capital, Kampala, has now expanded to cities such as Jinja, Entebbe, and Arua City which cover the East, South, and West regions, respectively.

A brand new generation of arms are being developed in Uganda 🇺🇬 ! Top 2 are 14 y/o Bottom 2 are 13 and 10 y/o Coach Allan has done an amazing job in their development. Be sure to look out in 2-3 years when they are 16-17 and throwing 90+.

Poland 🇵🇱 is a sleeper European country that has made massive strides recently. They have several leagues organized at all levels with quality facilities. They also hired Dennis Cook, a former MLB pitcher to head their national team. Eastern European baseball continues to grow!

About a month later Kabenge Allan has signed with independent league team in Japan. Fastball has jumped up a ton as he reportedly hit 93. Has added lots of muscle and ball is exploding out of his hand. Projects to keep gaining velo as he keeps putting on muscle. Special arm ⚡️⚡️

Allan Kabenge 🇺🇬 update. Frontside is much more stable allowing for improved control. Delivery looks a lot like Yordano Ventura to me. Allan has been up to 87mph last year hopefully 90 this year
