If there is anything I hate in literature and film right now is that the majority of LGBT stories involve outing. When can we move past the idea that all LGBT stories have to be inherently traumatic. Can't we just have queers in love who are allowed to control their own narrative

Say all you want about Catcher in the Rye but it inspired the beauty that is Solitaire by Alice Oseman and I would genuinely be a different person if I didn't get to know Tori Spring and Michael Holden. This book genuinely changed my life and I think that everyone should stan.
