5. your body cannot process over 30g of protein per meal. meaning, anything over 30g in one sitting will not be used by the body and will instead be kept until necessary or processed out, so if ur thinking oh i'll just eat all 50g at once, just don't!

1. setting up good study habits early will always help. personally i find the limo door method + study with me videos the most helpful! hearing background noise of other studying motivates me and having short breaks makes me feel less overwhelmed

the bump is NOT your uterus btw. AFABs generally store extra fat there to to create an extra cushion for pregnancy so it IS harder to get rid of for an AFAB but it's not ur uterus and not impossible to get rid of !!

9. for my vegan bffs, PAIR UR PROTEINS. most vegan proteins aren’t complete proteins (containing 9 essential amino acids) so plsssss make sure you’re pairing foods to get the essential amino acids this is so important !!
