After I started my first tech company. I ended up leveraging it closing a number of M&A deals. Typically we valued Acquisitions at 6x-8x EBIT. The higher range at 10-12x. Simply put, you ROI in that number of years. S1 Citizens are at sub 2x. ROI in 2. Think about that.

Lots of resistance for ETH to go below 3000. We can all agree that it's a great deal now. I don't foresee many more opportunities like this to convert Fiat to Crypto. Like I said, the last time we saw these prices was last year October. In Web3 timeframes, that's like YEARS AGO.

If I negotiated, seller can exercises rights on the ID to claim land first then finalize sale of ID from their side. I would have paid 40 Eth for a 25 Eth ID. When you deal with money, be SMART especially with these numbers. Anticipate the other side, better safe than sorry.
