OSINT work on this fire confirms the location in the refinery. This could be a very important strike as the vacuum column feeds the entire lube oil production area, and the top ends from the column go back to the fuels production area.

Yeah, I’d definitely say the oil depot (1) is of interest in the tactical sense, but equally the air base (2) with its complement of su24 fighter bombers and attack helicopters. Tasty in either case, but probably the fuel given the pall of black smoke. Let’s hope its the jet fuel
