Finally under 200 pounds! Haven’t been in the gym for a couple of days dealing with a cold, but still ate normally. Lost weight while putting on some muscle and still playing ball. I’m down 29 pounds, was 227 back in June 2023. Everybody’s path is different, just keep going!
