China has to fully prepare for an increasingly belligerent, aggressive, declining and war-hungry US. The US now like Nazi Germany then, will not accept a secondary position. Events of 1920s leading up to WW is effectively repeating, and the US respects nothing but deadly force.

@BeijingDai Most western nations still treat china as though they are unable to innovate, change & overcome challenges, even though it's been proven wrong repeatedly. They have become victims of their own lies spread by western media, that China is CCP/Wumao/authoritarian/declining/etc.

@Megatron_ron US could have chosen to be a true cultural and economic superpower at the end of WW2. But instead they chose to remain a military power investing trillions into its outdated military industrial complex. China correctly identified this as a mistake and chose a different route.

@RnaudBertrand The term seems ambiguous. I don't think the civilian proportion of deaths would be higher than the nuclear bombing Nagasaki and Hiroshima, which was 300k. The US is still far more atrocious.

@apigeonenjoyer @zhao_dashuai Not accurate. Xi said that what was presented to the media and their behaviour (of leaking private discussion) is not correct / acceptable by China. He's saying Trudeau misportrayed/ misrepresented their interaction to the media.
