Joe was actually a complex character that is why he is loved. He is also a genuinely good person to those around him despite his trauma. Lizz is not complex nor is she a good person and that is why she is not liked, even more people have started hating her after the recent book.

If Gibsie was held responsible by Lizzie for his family's actions even when she knew he did not commit the crime, then I think Lizz can be held responsible for her family (in this case Cam's) actions. It would only be fair and equal considering she is just as bad as Cam and more.
