My 80-year old neighbor had her knee replaced yesterday. She brought me dinner when I had my ft surgery in May. She requested veggie-lasagna. Itโ€™s got portobello, eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, spinach & cheeses. Oh yeah I put me pesto in it too. Smells delicious. #neighborhood ๐Ÿ’œ

My cancer has progressed, and my bones are snapping like toothpick. The chemo medication is causing me to get blood transfusions due to the severe anemia. I've been struggling with this decision and have decided to hop in a new direction. Today I signed up for in home hospice.
