The ICAI may take CA students’ friendly measures. We are always ok with this. However, any such measure should never include "dilution" of the CA syllabus, and "reduction" of subjects. That's not good for the CA profession as a whole.

The ICAI must restore the 8 paper exam schemes at both inter and final levels. The spom like tests are no substitutes for regular schemes. Open book, postal, online spom etc. may only be supportive. They can't replace the regular stream.
