Wake up at 6 Work 7-6 Scrim at 730-Midnight Solo vod after scrims Get into bed at 2 Repeat . 4 hrs a sleep a night and the morning are so rough but by like mid day i feel normal and awake this has been my schedule for a while and idk how i am holding on with only 4 hrs of sleep
