@markessien Another kind of agriculture is livestock and fisheries, China had a fisheries gdp of $45billion as far back as 2014 (Wikipedia). African countries should pick crops that are needed by industries and find ways of producing them cheaply and quickly not this backyard farming.

@markessien I disagree with this, countries are probably just doing agriculture wrong. Look at the case of Brazil and sugarcane. They doubled down on the sector and now produce 25% of the world’s sugar and ethanol. It is a key part of their economy.

I see that Nigerian Tech Twitter is going nuts over salaries today, just remember. All start ups dont have the same amounts of funding/revenue. That you are paid less doesnt necessarily mean you aren't being paid fairly. That's what they can afford to pay at this stage.
