Yeah, so most of my videos are with commentary. That commentary isn't everyone's favorite thing. So, yes, as an #indiedev you can ask me to make a video without commentary. I won't be emotionally devastated. Showing off your #indiegame is what matters most.

Long #mentalhealth rant. I had to slow down on content creation because I hit a pretty low point. I have severe PTSD, Depression, and long-term issues due to TBIs. It's hard to explain how crushing existence can be at times. War hurts you in ways that seem to never heal.

I hate fireworks. The sound. That Shockwave feeling. I keep bracing for an IED blast or Mortar explosion that isn't there. RPGs or EFPs out of the corner of my eye. I catch myself staring blankly. If I blink I might open my eyes to find out I never went home afterall.

I love Steam Next Fest. It also grinds my gears. I feel like it's a huge insult to #indiedevs that @Steam seems to ignore this rule they have. Last year Laika was in 2 next fests. Abathor was in Next Fest last year, and back again next week.

I've played through most of the demos I've been asked to play, though I still have a handful in my inbox to go through. The rest are full game releases which take longer to play. Content might slow down a bit, but I'm still trying to play everything before May ends.

#SteamWinterSale was pretty good this year. Picked up several #indiegames I've been waiting on for awhile. Games with a gift box on them were gifts from loved ones and friends. This is a lot of games now on the schedule to show off on my channel.

#indiedevs got some weird emails today from me about declining keys they'd sent so that I could buy their games instead. I've also canceled all outstanding key requests I can easily cancel. I don't think I'm good enough for free games at this time.

It might seem silly, but buying a new gaming PC for my birthday this year is one of the biggest #mentalhealth successes I've had in years. My current PC is from @CyberpowerPC , and it's been the best PC I've had in 30 years. That's why I bought my new PC from them too.

I wish I wasn't sick. I've got 501 Next Fest demos downloaded and waiting to be played. I spent most of the day being quiet since my voice is all kinds of jacked. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

I'm pretty slow to change avatars and such. The last one was made by a good friend, and I never thought I'd change it. But, @mysoultotake87 made one that I really like. Feels more friendly, and adds in my cat Annabell - so I think it's a great pick.

I don't talk about it a lot, but I'm a military veteran with PTSD/MDD, insomnia, chronic pain, and a handful of other issues. From a mental health standpoint, things have been rough. Therapy for PTSD digs up a lot of rough memories, a lot of rough thoughts.

I think this is great advice on what you can do as a way to support #indiedevs . Buy it if you can! If you can't, Wishlist it, tell your friends, interact with posts, watch/like streams/videos about the game! It might not seem like much, but it does ❤️
