Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to Murder of SSR. The Doctor who is part of AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide.
Highly perturbed with AIIMS report. Going to request CBI Director to constitute a fresh Forensic team . How could AIIMS team give a conclusive report in the absence of the body, that too on such shoddy post mortem done by Cooper hospital wherein time of death also not mentioned .
I strongly believe that people in conflict with law should be barred from media publicity. It spoils their reputation if they are innocent and gives them undue visibility if they are guilty.
I am against any attempt by any government to muzzle the press. There’s a tendency in the entire country to falsely register cases against press people. This tendency reflects poorly on our democracy. I am with all press people facing such cases.

-In fact I have suggested to the PM to make a law to ban terror outfits and people in conflict with law from getting any media publicity . This will curb terror as the incentive for the same will be taken away.
Well begun is half done. Has been a gruelling time listening to experts that Patna had no jurisdiction to register the FIR. Our quest for justice gets impetus with the authoritative decision by Supreme Court.
#JusticeForSushantSinghRajput
.Delay by CBI means that they are looking at the murder evidence as abetment to suicide chargesheet could have been filed based upon the FIR.
Our Supreme Court has said in the context of press freedom- “we should allow the luxurious growth of even its noxious branches than trying to prune such branches “
Narcotics control bureau was successful in diverting attention of the people from the SSR case. I demand immediate response of the CBI on what they have done so far.
It’s really strange that Rhea who all along was wanting a CBI investigation as she was not happy with the Mumbai police had moved the SC to transfer the case to Mumbai police and not to the CBI.
# It’s much easier to vaccinate our villagers than to set up ICU in villages. Why isn’t there a thrust to vaccinate the vulnerable immediately. Very soon the pandemic will spread to the villages and then things will go completely out of control.

-The positive side of this pandemic is that people have become conscious of improving their immune systems. People have started doing yoga. All this will help us stay healthy and prosper in the long run.
# No justification for the vaccine companies wanting to make super profit out of a national calamity. The extra money being charged by Serum institute for sale to states and Pvt sector is 35500 crores. This after declaring that they are making profit at Rs 150/-.
# Israel government bought vaccine at double the price and justified it by saying that the extra money can be recovered by the saving to the economy in a 3 day lockdown. Today Israel’s are going around without a mask.
#COVID19
-only the first lockdown was justified to identify the hotspots, ramp up infrastructure and decide protocols to live with corona. The other three lockdowns were imposed mindlessly. What have achieved apart from misery of the poor and irreparable damage to the economy.
# vaccination should be by the central government in its universal immunisation programme. The central govt has budgeted for Rs 35000/- crore which can vaccinate 116.66 crore people then why have dual price at all. The no of people to be vaccinated is only 90 crore now.
# India with South Africa started the campaign to open up manufacturing of vaccine and COVID drugs for all then why India is not permitting manufacturers in India to do the same. Why the double standards.
#COVID19
- unlike the poor, the rich or even the middle class can lock themselves to save from corona because the method of spread in known. The poor will only save themselves by herd immunity. Was their suffering justified??
#COVID19
-What have we achieved in lockdown apart from misery to the poor and irreparable damage to the economy. The rich had a choice to remain safe. It’s only the poor who will take the brunt whether lockdown or not.

-The only option for a densely populated country like India is to hope that the vaccines that we have taken over the years and the stressed environment that we live in ,will help us develop herd immunity with minimal loss of lives. The no of deaths so far is proof.
#lockdownextension
-There’s no way we can zero cases in the near future. Indefinite lockdown is not a solution. Social distancing after lockdown will be impossible in a densely populated country like India. The only option for us was to develop herd immunity.

-The first lockdown was justified only to identify the hotspots and to ramp up medical infrastructure. The second and the third lockdown are going to do much more harm than good.

-It’s indeed a sad day that the SC did not entertain a petition for quashing FIR’s against migrant workers for being booked for wanting to go home when Govt did nothing forcing them to starvation. This is adding insult to injury.
#survivor2020
-Our Govt is behaving as if COVID is the only disease our body will have to fight ever. The extended lockdown apart from reducing one’s immunity will create several serious health issues like BP, diabetes and mental health. In a large county herd immunity is the way
#COVID19
-this lockdown is bound to adversely affect the immune system of every person. The government has mindlessly closed parks because of which the fitness of people will go down. You may save yourself from corona but fall ill due to unhealthy life during lockdown.
#MayDay2020
Asking the migrant workers to pay for their tickets on the special trains being run for them is adding insult to injury. This journey should be free with meals being provided to them en route.

ー19 -Extending lockdown this time is a clear violation of the federal structure of the constitution. The attempt appears to be to denude the state of its finances so that they have to beg the centre for package forever. The no of deaths do not justify extension this time.
When a matter is up for adjudication before the Supreme Court, it’s inappropriate for the Bar Council of India to issue a press statement that the matter can only be decided by the parliament. The proper way for them would be to intervene and argue the point.

-Doctors will also benefit due to the mindless closure of parks during lockdown due to which people though saved from corona will end up with poor physical and mental fitness. There was no way anyone could have been infected in open air while walking in parks.
#LabourDay
- today being labour day we should focus on the plight of our labourers and do something for them. Lockdown is impacting the fundamental rights of labour far more than the rest of the country.

-Inspite of being a poor nation we are mindlessly extending the lockdown which rich nations couldn’t afford. Apart from the devastation of the economy, the direct deaths due to the lockdown will be far greater than due to covid.

-the judiciary remaining in lockdown for so long threatens the very fundamentals of a democracy. The MHA in its notification should spell out the government stand on the working of the judiciary. Litigants wanting to meet their lawyers should always have been exempt.
