What's a perfect order? Delivering on/before time w/out any damage & not calling the customer too many times
In June, Urban Company workers received a video of a beautician who had allegedly died by suicide after the company permanently blocked her account.
In recent months, thousands of UC workers have been arbitrarily dumped from the platform.

For years Meesho spoke about women empowerment for its 15 million resellers. But last year they started catering to customers directly, taking away business from its resellers & souring their relations with friends & family.
NEW: In June I travelled to Cherlaitikayala village in Telangana to investigate a case of Uber locking a driver out of his account due to facial recognition issues.
I also surveyed 150 Uber drivers of which nearly 50% said they faced something similar.
Gold-rated workers receive health insurance for themselves & their families; in the silver category, the family is ineligible for insurance. Bronze-rated workers are only eligible for insurance coverage in case of accidents. 70 points or> is gold; 50-70 is silver; <50 is bronze
