the scene cutting from armand and lestat making out to armand taking the deepest breath whilst daniel stares blankly at him had me laughing so hard😭 the silence was too loud
daniel finding out about armand and lestat is THE most funniest thing i’ve ever seen. immediately playing music and mocking them, it’s the most fun he’s ever had😭

i keep returning to this and thinking about how armand’s sense of self is based off how others see him. keeping control means he gets to keep love around him & not face himself, but even though he’s losing it, he still openly makes his vulnerabilities known to daniel..his undoing
the distress and panic written all over louis’ face the moment he realises their entire story is being twisted and he’s being portrayed as a predator is like a dagger to my heart
lestat went off script so many times but one of the best moments to come from that is him openly declaring his law break for all to hear. but then, how deeply warped that he’s allowed to
it’s a monumental moment to see louis make peace with himself after 145 years of existence. realising that vampirism is a gift, his willingness to now accept life and apologising for how his lack of self-acceptance hurt lestat. there’s so much growth and it’s beautiful
it’s so touching that louis knew it was time to let go of lestat and decided to walk his own hallucination to a bench so they could have one last conversation like the old times before simply letting him wash away with the rain
daniel loudly disapproving of louis’ defences slowly crumbling as he’s dragged back into his feelings and the emotion within armand’s words is true bff behaviour!
it happening after a talk about love, armand being unable to look, the price of his own actions written all over his face, the realisation hitting louis..when i tell you my heart dropped!! witnessing it & seeing how raw it still is in the present is a such double blow💔
lestat building up courage to ask about san fran the moment he let his guard down, the exact time & date clearly haunting him all those years. the pain of louis being that low making them stand there crying & leading to their shared grief of claudia completely engulfing them..💔
i can’t get over how it makes me feel seeing the true version of louis being saved at the trial & the toll it took on lestat to do that. but the way daniel delivers the truth makes me so emotional. he really wasn’t going to leave there without finding a way to free louis
82 years since they last held each other and they used it as a way to provide comfort for the pain, let go of past mistakes and show each other so much forgiveness and pure love. just two beings stood together as one in an embrace as the outside world fell apart❤️🩹
the kiss itself and armand’s reaction is so sad. even after 77 years with louis, the isolated creature who just wants to be seen, accepted and loved jumped right out in those lingering moments🥺
everything about claudia’s turning is so deeply uncomfortable. being claimed and mishandled in her final moments as a mortal, just to be trapped in a doomed existence that she never asked for. this show always knows how to up the pain
i’ll never recover over this being their last ever moment together. calling out for each other and frantically trying to grip on as they were physically being torn apart😔
i love how jacob rubbed his hands together and delainey was smirking, they knew exactly what was coming. but i am DYING over assad shutting it down after clocking that it’s going way too far and sam’s pure disappointment😭😭
i was feeling so bad for assad because it was obvious just how scared he was of giving things away, even sam was struggling to talk in code. then after all that struggle, eric goes and opens his big mouth. i love it here
i think it’s so clear to see that louis is going to get so hung up over remembering every single detail that he’s going to spiral. his mental state will plummet and i’m already too worried over it
louis looking so defeated and claudia expressing her pain over his actions..how evil to make their final moments together be like this. this trial is going to be absolute hell for us to watch
the most powerful way to close the season! i can’t watch it without crying because i’m proud of louis. fully owning his vampiric identity and challenging the vampires making threats by revealing his location. he’s ready to face what lies ahead & refuses to be hidden away
the betrayal happening at the height of the happiness they’ve been seeking out for so long makes it sting even more. the last good moment louis and claudia will ever share and even that’s tarnished :(
all along it was words that louis said to daniel when they were both at their weakest that carried & comforted him through life. that kept him alive during his darkest times, the entire reason he was able to grow old. this is human connection in its rawest form❤️🩹

there’s so much i could say about the moment louis does an impression of santiago but it renders me speechless every time. the acting…woah. jacob anderson you truly astound me
everything about this hurts. claudia rising to her feet, her once again being harmed by the coven, the look on lestat’s face as he’s shouted at by her & louis, madeleine trying to help. but wow, delainey’s performance is such a standout, she deserves every bit of recognition
i can’t tell you how many times i’ve looked at this specific moment today! seeing armand unleash his power is truly something. i’d willingly let him mess around in my head…
The balcony jump never made the cut as it was a bit "too cool" and was supposed to happen right after Lestat's and Louis' argument in episode 3.

Via Immortal AMC.
armand’s pain over feeling betrayed by love & the lengths he’ll go to attempting to know it are so striking. knowing louis would leave him for death, that he’ll lose him anyway if lestat isn’t kept away. that his own actions out of desperation to have love are what’s ruined it💔
claudia is being given such a false sense of security by santiago through the warmth he shows & allowing her to look him in the eye. it’s so sad to watch & enjoy their scenes knowing he’s just getting closer to her for when the time is right to strike. she adores him so much☹️
i keep returning to this, seeing the first glimpse of them all in the same shot is crazy. if this is the louvre after the trial, i do wonder if lestat will serve as a manifestation for the inner monologue of a very numb louis
thinking about how they knew they were running out of time to crucially figure out the last piece of their memories so louis took daniel to the reading room and shared his grounding technique🥺
