@esglaude Traumatizing a child, with his mother there pleading for police to let her son go. @NYPDTransit had better rein in their officers because this is despicable. What are they going to to in terms of mental health wellness to undo the trauma inflicted over CANDY?

@alissacaliente Stop calling cops for wellness checks, particularly in cases of schizophrenia or suicidal ideation. One they kill on spot, the other they claim committed suicide... They’re trained to maim and kill, they’re not trained for mobile mental health first aid.

@wbaltv11 @deray I hope the infant’s mother can be located and protected because she is likely still in danger. shecwas also under psychological stress when she made the decision to abandon him. I hope any penalty is lenient.
