Really important - a well crafted motion which in extremis avoids no deal by revoking art 50. No reason for any MP who *genuinely* opposes no deal not to support this cross-party motion if no other solution is acceptable to HoC.
If we can't agree a deal we want:
1. We ask for an extension
2. If the EU says no there's no time for a referendum so
3. Parliament chooses between either (1) No Deal or (2) Revoking, with a commitment to a public inquiry into what we want and a possible further notification

Fantastic news from

EU citizens starting their studies in 2020/21 will get the same support as Scottish students - even if current legal obligations to EU students cease to apply when the UK exits the EU.
Scotland is the first nation in the UK to offer this commitment:

This is utter nonsense. Which developed countries operate only on WTO terms? Why do countries negotiate FTAs or join regional trade agreements? What do WTO rules say about how land borders operate between different customs areas? Poverty through autarchy is not liberating.
A UK operating under WTO rules will be one of the greatest liberating experiences to achieved by this country in modern times...World Trade terms are a golden opportunity to reignite the industrial and commercial might of this country”

Worth repeating again and again as it has been deliberately misrepresented by Brexiteers: Freedom of Movement in the EU is not without restriction - it’s a right to work and study.
#Brexit
is in part the result of incompetence in the UK.
Under EU law, after 3 months, EU migrants must be working or have funds to live. If not, then they can be returned to their home country. The UK doesn’t do this, nor does it register migrants as they arrive.
Uncontrolled immigration? Don't blame the EU, blame the UK Government.
