Direct Bookings are the most overrated topic around Airbnbs.
To date, we do NOT have a direct booking site.
All of our success is on Airbnb/VRBO & others.
When building a company, you have 2 paths to purse:
1. Build a brand
2. Build a cash flowing company
We took the path of
Know Your Customer (KYC)
At least 50% of our customers are millennials and 90% are either millennial or Gen X.
It follows that nearly 80% of our bookings come from IG, free of platform fees, and with WAY less headaches.
This is Amangiri, the most expensive hotel in America.
And you can stay here for $4,000-$6,000 a night in May.
It has 34 suites of unobstructed views situated on 900 acres in Canyon Point, in Southern Utah.
