Around 7 years ago, this stone was discovered in Reshun, Chitral. Curious about its nature, I reached out to @ChusangSonam , a lecturer in Tibetan language at the University of British Columbia. He confirmed it to be an ancient Tibetan manuscript, understood by only few monks.
