Got into Cae Ras to be greeted by the smiling visage of Will Ferrell! Was wrestling with 2 Yorkies, a cola & a coffee @ the time so I couldn't give him an autograph (even if he wanted one. Which I'm pretty sure he didn't 😂)

Sad to hear of the death of Benjamin Zephaniah. Really loved his work, respected his stance on many issues & his erudite assessment of much that transpires in society. I hope history remembers him as a true literary great of the late 20th & early 21st century RIP

Some daft idiot went out for a pre-lunch walk. Slipped over. Slid down a steep(ish) muddy footpath (watercourse in wet weather), & crashed into a kissing-gate at the end. Knee has decided it doesn't want to play any more. Foot is bleeding. Back has been put out. New jacket filthy
