@DanNeidle
So, as a Labour activist, you have managed to improve the nations finances by £5m+ and have not billed the taxpayer for any of your work. We need more people like you.
@MaxFRobespierre
@BBCSimonJack
You don't need to nationalise them, just allow them to fail. They are just middlemen and have no useful assets, just liabilities. The government can then set it's own body up to buy from the market and supply to consumers.
@RMTunion
Of the last 5 long-distance journeys I've had to make, 3 have coincided with strike dates. However alternative arrangements have been made and you still have my 100% backing.
@RMTunion
A Tesco driver would be capable of operating a Sainsbury's van. A better analogy would be asking why a Boeing trained pilot is not able to jump in an Airbus and fly that.
@White_ChrisX
@Ed_Miliband
We own all of it. Sadly it had no assets, only liabilities. If I understand correctly, the increase in our standing charges is to pay for these bail outs.
Plan A Mossley v Hanley - postponed
Plan B FCUM v Stalybridge - postponed

Plan F Stockport Town v Eccleshall ✅
Five hour coach trip with an

gig at the other end. What could be more miserable? At least I have a new Stephen Morris book to cheer me up.
@transportgovuk
Instead of crap like this, why not settle the strikes with a reasonable offer and remove the franchises from TPE & Avanti. You wouldn't put up with this level of service in the South and neither should we.
@RMTunion
I normally get a lift to work, worked through the lockdowns but couldn't carshare due to different households so had to get the train and they ran a full timetable and was probably the most reliable the service has been.
@MrHarryCole
I think Paxman would probably do a better job of researching his interview subjects. In terms of taking money from questionable clients - have you ever read your payslips?
@StalyCelticFC
Fair for coming over at the end of the game. I think going up this year would've been too soon. Let's build on what we have and win this league next season.
@RMTunion
The government shafted the airlines as they cut off furlough support but continued to suppress demand with restrictions which resulted in the lay-offs. In Spain, they continued with furlough support until demand recovered. No staff shortages at Spanish airports.
