I haven’t seen much commentary on the resources being spent on a low probability attempt to save 5 people who voluntarily engaged in a dangerous activity, while many people die every day from a lack of support. It is odd how we as a society think about these things.

I just played my first match of Modern in many years. Game 1 I decked my opponent by time warping him so I didn't get decked. It was turn 12. I really hope that was my last match of Modern until they ban a LOT of cards. That really did not resemble Magic.

I just walked into a building for an HOA hearing and a guy was sitting there with an AR15 around his neck. Everyone who worked there was freaked out. He eventually agreed to go put it in his car. I will never understand how this is viewed as a positive by some people.
