As the person who boarded this scene, I just want to say that I like how I drew Thomas sitting on the floor. I like to sit on the floor like that, it is comfortable.
We had a fun idea to deal with the character size differentials in potential OK KO! action figures: include a different KO with each figure. I dunno, would you buy these?
A year ago, the final episodes of OK KO! aired. Every day it becomes more clear that this was a once-in-a-lifetime cartoon and I am unbelievably proud to have been there from beginning to end.
So why not watch this cool music video again.

It happened! AJ's Infinite Summer has passed one million views on YouTube! I still really really want to make this show and/or something like it.
Now as promised, I'll try and A some of the Q's I got about it yesterday.
The entire 52-episode first season of OK KO! is now streaming on Hulu!! This is a great way to catch up on the show (or revisit it... watching on here supports the show)!!
So sad to hear about the legendary Russi Taylor. Getting to work with her on our episode “Monster Party” was a dream come true. She was so enthusiastic to reprise her role as Phantasma and we made a point to include as much of her iconic laugh as possible.
Animation is an immensely popular and profitable medium. Often the most unique, original and seemingly risky shows end up being among the most popular and profitable. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise

If you want to do OK KO justice and make the crew feel like it was all worth it... just talk about the content of the show. Use whatever platform you have to share what you found interesting or exciting or funny about whatever episode you just watched. Let’s fight to the end!
Welcome, new OK KO! fans! It’s great seeing so many new people discover the show every day, now more than ever thanks to the complete series being on Hulu. OK KO forever!
This week is the anniversary of the OK KO! episode "MONSTER PARTY"! When the greenlight for our Ghoul School crossover came through, we decided to save our originally planned Season 2 Halloween special "DON'T SQUEEZE THE SQUEEZO" for Season 3.
The final episode of OK KO! is the most raw, personal thing I’ve ever had the privilege to be involved in and put on television. I still can’t watch it to the end without shedding a tear.
Also we put Party Wagon, Secret Saturdays and Class of 3000 in it. 😎
Today is the last day me,
@ianjq
, and
@cartoonfuntime
are running OK KO! together. We fought to the literal end! In a good way, as in we fought on the same side, not against each other! It’s a quote from the theme song! Anyway these people are absolute geniuses
We crafted OK KO! season 3 very, very meticulously with the knowledge that it would be the final season. Every single episode serves an important purpose for us (and hopefully for you, too).
See you on Friday for episodes 1072-105 thru 1072-109. AVOID SPOILERS!!!
I've seen comparisons for one pose from the new Jellystone episode and one of the main Coast to Coast poses so it was only a matter of time until I made this
Raymond is an amazing character who contains multitudes. He is a sports robot. He is a casanova. He is a fashion robot. On top of all that, his catchphrase is “ya-ha-hooey”. Raymond embodies the miracle and magic of creation.
Space Ghost Coast to Coast is one of my favorite shows ever, so it super fun to write/draw these characters for my first Jellystone episode. Getting to write jokes for
@amerrill2
and
@GLoweOfficial
is certainly a career highlight.

NEW AJ’S INFINITE SUMMER EPISODE! (kinda)
A while back, I recorded some friends doing table read of an unproduced AJ’s Infinite Summer storyboard. As a quarantine project, I made a rough animatic assembled from that recording!
Watch it in full here:

All these major new OK KO! eps being out now is a lot to take in! After blasting thru them, I encourage a rewatch to focus on each ep as its own entity with its own purpose. Find little details. Prepare to say goodbye to these characters. Watch the credits. Let’s take a moment!
here is the reference board we sent for the big character pan at the end of "Let's Fight to the End". This was a fun collaboration with a bunch of us adding characters. One of the things I put in was the Nick/Joff proposal :D
Most OK KO! end credits sequences were just shot on the fly with my old Canon EOS Rebel T2i. As someone who went to film school, it's a small thrill seeing something helped "film" on TV :)
Cannot overstate how amazing it has been to spend over 4 years getting paid to make over 100 episodes of this show. Not a small amount of years and not a small amount of episodes.
Thanks for the support as we work to finish the last few eps. Please watch and love!

Catching up on (or rewatching) OK KO! ahead of the upcoming series finale? Here is an updated spreadsheet of all the episodes in our ideal order.
(I was gonna wait till the final titles are announced, but figured this could be useful for all the new fans out there)
Re: KO episodes we didn’t get to make
There were a lot of fun, weird self-contained mission episodes that got outlined. Such as a riff on “A Cure For Wellness” set at Billiam Milliam’s golden spa pyramid that turns people gold. Would have been a hoot!
There were a LOT of episodes we had planned that you'll never see. For example we really wanted to make an episode about Fink getting enrolled in KO's class at Lakewood Public School.
OK! You have until SEPTEMBER 6th, about a week and a half, to prepare for the premiere of the OK KO! series finale episodes. Catch up. Rewatch. Tell your friends and enemies. LET'S FIGHT TO THE END!
the 3 OK KO! halloween specials are on this list. these are some of my favorite episodes of the whole series and we even got the ghoul school girls back! watch then again on
