Less is more.... 1: You dont need to trade every #FX pair. 2: You dont need to sit for hrs in front of your computer. 3: You dont need multiple positions taken every day a day. 4: You dont need multiple strategies. Just be excellent at one thing and you're made.

@ChrisFxTrader77 @waltervannelli I concur. You cant trade waiting to copy a trader and ask for TP and forecasts. If you want to be consistently profitable you have to.learn a strategy and own it. Posting irrelevant comments and trying to be fun y helps no one especially the person doing it.

@AlphaMind101 Thinking in Pips was my solution, and with only one or two trades a day I already know my entry/stop/exit prices so no need to refer to the terminal. took a few years to get to this mindset, but I think its the only way

Keep it simple. Trade one or two pairs. Get to know it, like really know it. You go in to get paid, so do that. The more volatile pairs trade between 40 to 100 pips between pivots. Take 10 to 20 pips. Become great at it. Then scale up.

Pressure will only work against you as a trader. Dont put your self under pressure. Heres a thought. You want to make 5% a month on your account? Just three trades a month, with minimum Reward/Risk of 2 to 1 and you've done it. And you have on average 20 trading days a month.

@prrobbins 1% of my account per trade. Divided by S/L give my Pip value, minimum risk reward 2:1 for every trade. Most set ups yield at least 2.5 / 1 on my pivot strategy. And walk away rule is 3 losing trades in a row - and back the next day. Easy, simple, and repeatable.

MANY years ago I cycled from UK to Russian borders via, Holland, Germany, Denmark (went to the top - Skagen) ferry to Gothenburg, across Sweden, to Stockholm, and onward. It wasn't summer. I cycled solo. I needed determination, that determination helped me in life, and trading.

Instead of dozens of currency pairs on your watch list, and multiple chart layouts, try simplifying everything. Even down to one currency pair, one chart. You'll soon get to know it so well. And that's all you need.

UPDATE: #GBPUSD Short: Closed @ 1.3319 From 1.3344 For + 25 Pips (2 Positions +50 Pips) Congestion around 1.3320, and bottom of range and Asia/London Lows. And my heart rate didn't go above 72 BPM!!! Trading is OK for your health if you have a good strategy 😎

Most days there will be a direction. Either get in on that direction or wait, eventually the direction changes. It always does, how do you think people take profits? They close a buy by selling, and vice versa, so it’s inevitable. Don’t stress. It will happen, it always does.

All Flat EurUsd. Closed Late last night when we saw a 50 Pips Gap up. Capital Protection Not high enough to warrant Risk. Live to Trade another day. Monthly Total -100 Pips. Given price Action since Friday, I'd consider that acceptable.

Fellow traders - having become aware of another scammer, I just want to put this out there.... If you want to be a trader, then seek out a coach, find a method that suites you. Dont become a signal follower, you may have success, but...

You might have a strategy, and a strategy that works, but you may not be taking progress. I believe this is where finding a good coach, mentor is really important. I'm not trying to promote myself here, just saying that to make progress you need support until you you fly solo.
