Word choice can scare people. Questions like - "Tell me" - "Name one" are authoritative, but can scare off someone who doesn't know you that well. Instead, make them the key focus - "Can you share with me..." - "How would you like me to..." Give people a warm welcome 😊

You can have the BEST advice, but if you’re applying it in a way that doesn’t match your ▪️ product ▪️ brand or ▪️ voice... It's going to fall flat. Think, adjust, then apply. Blindly being a copycat won't work. Be your own unicorn 🦄🫰
