Viewing houses to buy & there is a growing and alarming trend to convert garages into second living rooms, play rooms & offices. This needs to stop, we need to maintain safe spaces for motorcycles, lawnmowers & the rubbish you want to keep but dont want to put in the loft.

About 30 years ago I bought a rare Fender Telecaster with Dad in Southampton. I sold it 22 years ago when I needed cash to a guy in Somerset. Always regretted selling it, especially now dads no longer in my life. Saw the very guitar on eBay yesterday. Picking it up this weekend.
