Me 2 years back:
• Zero awareness & growth
• Anxious & stressed
• Distracted
Me now:
• Aware & consistent growth
• Calm & mindful
• Focused
The secret?
Being present.
Here's how I achieved it:
I don't care if I fail in the end.
I am still gonna play with the mindset that I am gonna win.
This mindset has kept me going even when nothing was falling in place.
Friendly reminder:
You don't have to be "ready" to commit to an opportunity.
You just need to be willing to handle setbacks, ignore the self-doubt, and stay persistent.

"Advice is like little hats that you try on. They aren’t rules. They aren’t meant to be infallible. They’re meant to be useful and if it isn’t useful, just forget about them."
Someone who theorizes too much will always quit before someone who takes action.
The former gets attached to his theories and can't accept when they fail.
The latter is only attached to the results and can pivot a thousand times.

When you sometimes feel negative, get back to work.
When you always feel negative, fix your damn life.
Occasional negativity is part of our life.
Consistent negativity is you playing the wrong character.
Feeling lost?
Go on a 2-hour long walk.
15-30 mins to zoom out. 90 mins to think critically.
You'll have direction and clarity for the next 3-6 months.
It's often the most humble people that will hurt you with the truth.
And it's also them that will help you stand back up.
The ones constantly pleasing you just want to numb you into mediocrity.
The best workout?
One you can sustain.
The best business?
One you can run forever.
The best diet?
One you can enjoy.
Add progressive overload to it, and you're game.
People don't say this often:
It's okay to quit what you started if you got too much on the table
But you gotta come back at it later
There's no other way
Most of you don't lack knowledge.
You lack the clarity to implement the knowledge.
The clarity that you can only get after you pick a massive project, push through the initial resistance, and encounter roadblocks.
Worrying and inaction won't bring you that clarity.
2 years back, I couldn't focus for longer than 20 mins.
I was tired of missing deadlines.
I was afraid of my time ticking away.
Today I can work like a machine (without coffee or Adderall).
Give me 2 minutes and I'll show you how:
Stop expecting people to teach you everything.
They don't owe you sh*t.
Get your ass on the playing field.
Observe what others are doing.
Copy their moves until you understand the fundamentals.
Become worthy of someone's guidance.
Then experiment and carve your own path.
One of the most impactful lessons I learned:
When you try to control your life too much, you turn it into a mess.
Just focus your attention and energy on 2 things:
- The highest lever-moving actions
- The project you're working on
Let everything else happen.
Let the negative
Want to know where you'll be in 10 years?
Look at your primary dopamine sources.
Are they:
- Porn
- Drugs
- Netflix
- Alcohol
Brace yourself for self-destruction.
Or are they:
- Work
- Exercise
- Relationships
- Intellectual growth
Prepare to become unrecognizable.
The most powerful answers are always found inside.
They are waiting for you to ask powerful intentional questions.
To ask powerful questions:
- Work on a project
- Consume content with depth
- Go on walks to let your mind flow freely
Go beyond mindless living to find answers.
Don't solo travel to 69 countries just because some found "themselves" on the trip.
Don't disappear for 6 months just because some made millions.
Identify how you like to live and what you need the most right now.
Cut all the noise and stay focused on that.
Are you struggling to make progress toward your goals?
Here's my proven 7-step process to reach any goal:
(It helped me 4x my freelance income in 4 months and gain 30-pound muscle mass)
Yesterday, I could barely work.
0 focus. 0 creativity.
2 years back, I would have thought I'll never get shit done.
But you know what I did now?
I accepted it as a bad day, went to sleep, and woke up ready to conquer.
That's the power of zooming out.
There's nothing more powerful than figuring shit out on your own.
Yes, you should look out for mentors and learn from courses.
But never become too dependent on them.
Learn to figure shit out so no problem, roadblock or circumstance can ever control where you end up in life.
Stuck in the cycle of cheap dopamine?
Just stop.
You'll feel restless for a while. It's okay.
Allow yourself some time to calm down.
Your dopamine levels will reset, and you'll be ready for action.
Are you feeling unmotivated?
- Scrolling through your phone
- Watching Netflix overnight
- Eating junk
...when you know you need to get your work done.
(despite being productive a few days back)
Chances are...
you have fallen into a rut.
Here's how to get out now:
Feeling lost.
Loss of drive.
Negative thoughts.
They're a part of life just as much as the moments of clarity and intensity.
Stop getting so worked up about them.
Just realize that those moments will pass away.
Meanwhile, let your mind rest or push through with small steps.
Hey. You.
Relax your facial muscles.
Drop your shoulders.
Take a deep breath.
Feeling better?
Awesome.
Get back to whatever you were doing.
Have A Based Day.
Stop quitting just because you "suck at it".
Realize that you only suck at something until you don't.
This mindset has helped me fight self-doubt countless times.
