The nutrition and diet has woken me up to my number one enemy, sugar. I have been able to see how it affects everything in my life, even my purpose. The change in diet has given me more energy to do much more in many areas of my life.
At the end of everyday, you ask yourself, 'Did I get better today?' If the answer is yes, and you do that for 5, 10, 15 years, how much better are you going to be?
Are you getting better everyday? That is the question. And you don't try to do it in a day, a week or a year.
1. Get up at 5a.m.
2. Put your phone away
3. Do 4 hours of focused work
4. Have all your tasks done by 9a.m.
5. Go on a 30 minute walk
Then do whatever you want with the rest of the day.
