Imperial porphyry sarcophagi in the garden of Istanbul Archaeological Museums. Since the second one from left has no cross, it's thought that it might belong to Julian the Apostate. It was discovered in the second courtyard of Topkapı Palace undernearth a giant plane tree.

The miniature of Galata by Matrakçı Nasuh, 1530's. Unfortunately, the Walls of Galata were largely destroyed in order to gain more space for new buildings in 19th century.
