For Pomodoro, I use the “Focus To-Do app” I put it on strict mode so I'm not able to leave the app till I've elapsed my time. I'm also allowed to go on a 5 minute break every 25mins to avoid getting bored. However, it's easy to get distracted during breaks🌚

How it works is that I get a note to write down thoughts that cross my mind during my tasks. I use to let these thoughts distract me in the past because I always felt that I’d forget them if I didn't attend to them immediately but writing them down now helps me feel settled.
