My 2nd workout today (just a simple 45 minute walk) was the hardest workout of the last 24 days. The gym lifts or cardio workouts were easier than today. -4 degree weather at 12:30am. I’m still so sick that I was panting by the end but I finished it. Day 25 has been earned.
