So people really aren't talking about Alex DeBrincat being third in the NHL in goals behind only Matthews and McDavid. His 32 goals rank ahead of Draisaitl, Rantanen, Crosby, and Ovechkin among others. He is also third in G/60 and second in G/GP. Pretty decent year.

I see a lot of people complaining about Auston Matthews being on the cover of NHL22 and I get it, he was just on it two years ago. I think the reality is that the NHL doesn't have marketable stars. They just don't. Other stars will yell at you for eating pasta.

I think it's funny that teams worry so much about the Russian factor on draft day and don't have a care in the world about the NCAA factor. The risks are basically the same, the player doesn't have to sign, and we've seen plenty of college kids want out/refuse to sign. #NHLDraft

The New York Rangers could pay Tom Wilson's fine 50 times with what they were fined for calling out the bullshit decision by the league to not suspend Wilson. The NHL continues to be on the wrong side of history again and again. Laughable.

This opinion coming out the same day that Germany, who was once one of those teams, beat Finland, who has won gold three times in the last decade, is hilarious to me. The thought that we should reduce the #WJC to 8 teams is silly. Norway put up a legit fight to USA yesterday.

Blows my mind. I'm not trying to be an A-hole but Sportsnet is the national rights holder and will broadcast the #2022NHLDraft . Juraj Slafkovský, noted Slovak, is a top prospect for the '22 draft but will absolutely NOT be leaned on heavily by Finland.
