Testosterone blood tests don't show you your true T levels. Grip strength does..let me explain. You could have 1400 ng/dL while having a poor androgen status (high cortisol, high estrogen, low DHT etc.) and somebody with 640 ng/dL with low cortisol, low estrogen and high DHT
