My vote for “performance that deserves more love” in Oppenheimer is Jason Clarke as Roger Robb… Clarke dominates his screen-time in the final 30 minutes of the film. Yes, Damon and Downey are spectacular, but Clarke deserves more love! Also, can’t forget Alden Ehrenreich.

#Lightyear does everything a Buzz Lightyear film needs to do. The visuals are excellent, the core characters are likable, and Evans is a great choice. There are more than a few moments that will have fans cheering, and “Sox the cat” steals the show… Hilarious character.

#BlackAdam is a MASSIVE DC outing. The action is brutal, and Dwayne Johnson delivers on his promise of shifting the DCEU in a different direction. The story itself is up and down, as certain scenes don’t pack the intended punch… Although there are moments that fans will LOVE.

#TheBatman is epic. Pattinson’s grasp of this character is apparent from the first scene, and Reeves builds a layered mystery around him. There are thrills throughout, but the quiet moments standout. Giacchino’s masterful score cements this as one of the best Batman movies ever.

#TheLittleMermaid may be the one to (somewhat) turn the tide on Disney remakes… Halle Bailey is absolute perfection as Ariel. Her voice elevates every moment. The film overcomes a flat start and eventually provides vibrant and colorful sequences that will captivate viewers.

After two episodes #ShogunFX is excellent… The scale of this series is MASSIVE, and there are plenty of storylines being set up, but everything is edited so together beautifully. Hiroyuki Sanada is spectacular, and this has the potential to be something special. DONT MISS IT.

#AvatarTheWayOfWater is a stunning and somewhat mind-blowing visual experience. I had to catch my breath when the film ended. Story-wise, it is about what you expect, but the world-building is monumental. Cameron has truly delivered an EPIC blockbuster… Take me back to Pandora.
